Heidi Miller sold our home in Las Vegas, Nevada in a difficult market.
After to initial listing of our home the market began to soften and sale prices began to shrink. Heidi reacted by initiating online advertising after we moved out and into our motorhome. Then initiated a strategy to display the best of what our home offered, first from the exterior and the interior and then inserted attractive digital furnishings viewed first by hundreds and then more than a thousand. This resulted in a few onsite lookers. Not to be discouraged she arranged for one of her associates to conduct weekend open houses resulting in a few more lookers. As the housing market continued to tighten Heidi provided monthly statistics that supported our decision to incrementally lower our asking price. This attracted more potential buyers. Nearly five months later we received an offer that we could consider. Unfortunately, the buyer could not qualify. After several weeks more we received two offers that ended in a cash offer equal to our advertised price. Heidi continued to impress us with her knowledge and experience by guiding us through a series of addendums to complete onsite repairs. To our satisfaction, we achieved our closing on the agreed date.
