Heidi came prepared to our initial meeting with lots of comps on other homes sold, for sale, or coming soon. She researches and knows the area she is selling or buying in. She is easy going and explains all aspects of the selling process. Her knowledge of the market is outstanding and, with her intuition, always seeks and gets the best offer for your home. As there always is, there were a few glitches and sneezes along the way but Heidi was always available for us to call and willing to explain something two maybe three more times, and her confidence kept us confident. Heidi planned out all the photos and marketing, any and all issues she resolved quickly, the house went on the market, we got lots of interest and our house sold in one day for over asking price. The closing went smoothly and we are now living in a brand new house! Our only concern is that, should we want to move again, we may not get to use Heidi as we have moved far out of area.
