Today we closed on our new house. Heidi was wonderful throughout the entire process. To start with, she was attentive to the details of what we were looking for, and then sent us updates of what had just come on the market, or what was coming soon. Every suggestion she sent our way was responsive to our wants and needs -- she never wasted our time. Then she got us into the place we bought quickly and conveniently. It was a desirable home (see below) and was getting lots of traffic, so we were grateful she was able to set up an appointment to get us in quickly. Once we had seen the interior and made the decision to submit an offer, she got in touch with the listing agent and was able to glean what the sellers were looking for, and was thus able to give us very good advice on how to structure our offer. We followed her recommendations and got our offer in before the cut-off time. There were seven or eight competing offers, and apparently the sellers had a favorite they were sort of rooting for. But in the end, they decided to sell to us, because of the good advice we had received from Heidi. It wouldn't have happened but for her. In addition to her knowledge of the market and her obvious skills in reading the listing agent's signals, she's a delight to work with. She's got a winning personality, she's able to get along with everyone, and we were very pleased with every aspect of her representation of us in this transaction.
