Heidi & team assistant went miles ahead of what I’ve experienced in the past SS a buyer. I cannon say enough praise so 5 out of 5 ***** Amy did so much on the hunt for me so hats 🧢 off to her! Find the office on Tamiami Trail & know you are in good 👍 hands.
Heidi was a total Pro from start to finish with finding us a home. We were on a very short timeline so she dedicated a full day to us the first weekend and when we had narrowed down our search, she quickly rebooked another few tours with our top interests to maximize our time which we appreciate! Once the decision was made, she stayed consistent with us through negotiation and beyond contract. Our deal had a few twists and turns, but Heidi helped maneuver through them like the Pro she is! We are super grateful for the referral to her and will be referring her whenever possible!
Me being a first time homebuyer is a very scary and stressful thing, but Heidi nailed it with everything from all the questions I had all the way until the end, she made buying my first home much easier and talked me through every step. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone.
Heidi is very professional, responsive, and seasoned in the real estate industry. She understands the market and with the wealth of knowledge she has, she was able to provide us with key insights for listing our property and in return, the property was sold faster than we expected! Thank you Heidi!!
Heidi sold our property that we've been trying to sell for a while. We appreciate all your efforts and professionalism. Thank you.
We definitely enjoyed your service and your professional expertise. Thanks again Looking forward for service in the near future
We received excellent guidance throughout this buying experience, being new to the state. Heidi is very knowledgeable about the area. Heidi and her team (Amy) really care and go above and beyond to help and provide the best service possible. She has made the best recommendations, making the whole process very smooth.
We told Heidi we wanted to fine a deal on a piece of property and she found it! She had the offer written and accepted within an hour of it going on the market.
Heidi helped me find the perfect home to fit my needs and align with my wish list. I enlisted her help with the sale of a lot as well. I'll have her on speed dial for any future real-estate needs.
Wow! What a pleasant experience Heidi. She made everything so easy. It was my 1st time buying a piece of property. I was so nervous about the whole process but Heidi made it painless and exciting. You'll be so happy you chose her for all your real estate needs.
We’ve worked with Heidi for a couple years now. She’s the best in the business here and really knows the market well. We’ve bought and sold numerous properties and highly recommended her to anyone.
