Heidi and Emma were fantastic in helping us relocate to SWFL from MI, they assisted us with "key" nieghborhoods that would "fit" what we were looking for. After our first day out looking at homes they took great notes based on our comments as we walked through...undertanding our likes/dislikes, wants/needs, non-negotiables in a new home, etc. They then provided a new listing of homes for us to view based on our comments. Heidi and Emma were in constant communication with us. They gave great advice, shared information we didn't consider, and listened regarding exactly what we were looking for. They didn't push us one away or another but were extremely helpful to answer all our questions. If they didn't know the answer, they'd find it. Heidi knew the market at the time and did not hesitate to help me price the property for what turned out to be a very quick sale. I was kept in the loop throughout the process via phone or email and she was always available.
