Heidi is a real champion. She always gives you that extra step. She enabled us to successfully sell our house in Punta Gorda in a market that is really poor right now for sellers. In fact, she sold our home twice because the first buyer pulled out before inspection was completed. Regardless, she went out and sold it again and this allowed us to purchase another larger and more beautiful home through Heidi. We feel so blessed to have had Heidi as our agent.

As many know purchasing a home can be stressful and having a great real estate agent is a must. With Heidi you get a team, her Co-agent Emma was also wonderful. If Heidi is not available Emma makes things seamless when touring homes and if any other issues arise if Heidi is not available which was very infrequent. Remember real estate agents have multiple customers and with Heidi I almost felt as if I was her only customer, Emma was one of the reasons why they works extremely well together as a team!
