Being new to the area it was important for me to get a feel for the area. She was able to show me homes in many different communities. She was there for questions along the way, the walkthrus, the closing process and afterwards to make sure that the sale completed as expected.

Overall we were extremely happy with Heidi as were some friends who recommended her to us. She is extremely friendly, personable and highly knowledgeable. She was accessible via phone or messenger at any time for the hand holding we required. We also appreciated her candid and honest approach. If something needs cleaning or arranging to help sell your house, she will let you know. We appreciated that. We had one hiccup which was a miscommunication regarding the closing date. In hindsight, we could have emphasized the fact we needed to discuss specifics but as newbie vendors, we weren't sure at which point this was discussed. We give Heidi two thumbs up and would definitely work with her again if given the opportunity.

We flew down to Florida twice to search for homes- The patience, expertise and the knowledge was far beyond what I was expecting.
