Heidi B is FAN-FREAKING-TASTIC!!!! Her level of knowledge of real estate, the area, data about the market, etc - really I could go on but you get the idea- she’s a home buying and selling genius! Heidi was ALWAYS available for calls and showings. Her response time is super-fast- so you best be ready! I don’t know how Heidi does it but I truly felt (and unfortunately for her, acted) as if I was her only client. I’m beyond thankful for Heidi. My home sale was not a straightforward sale. Heidi was quick to meet with an assessor from the City (no small feat to score that appointment!) to gain the understanding we needed. She delivered the information to me in language I could understand. The amount of time and effort Heidi put into taking me through the entire process is extraordinary. From day one, Heidi started to slowly explain the ‘big picture,’ in bits I could make meaning from. I always felt like I had all the information I needed to make decisions. I had never sold a home before, and I hadn't purchased a home in 17 years, so I’m basically like a first-time buyer. Heidi knew what questions I would have before they even occurred to me, and she was always there with a quick and easy to digest answer. Thanks to Heidi, and all her unbiased guidance, my eyes were always wide open. All in all, now that I’m moved in Heidi still shares my excitement for my new condo. She feels like a trusted friend rather than just another real estate agent. I can’t say enough great things about Heidi. I loooooooved working with Heidi B!
