Heidi was beyond amazing to work with. We were first-time homebuyers so we had a lot to learn about the entire process. Heidi was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the process; starting with looking at houses and up to closing on our dream home. Once she saw what would become our home, she immediately flagged it for us to look at before it was posted to our side of the Bright MLS portal and reserved a time for us to look at the house the following day.
