Heidi is phenomenal and the best in the business. She doesn’t just list your home for sale. She does WORK to get it sold. She placed laminated custom placards around our house to highlight unique features to any potential buyers and buyer’s agents who would be walking through. She provided a cute basket of shoe covers for buyers to respect the fact that we don’t wear shoes in our home, and we did still live there. In negotiations, she truly demonstrated the importance of the “art” of negotiation, while remaining fair to both parties. We will recommend her over and over to anyone in northern Virginia looking to buy or sell. We wish we could have used her for our our purchase, but we relocated to Texas. On that note, Heidi proved her expertise carried into corporate sponsored relocations, as well. She made the process so smooth, being able to answer questions and knowing when to tell us that it was something to address with the relocation company.
