Heidi expertly handled the complete transaction from listing to closing a couple small parcels for my elderly parents and I. Above & Beyond After a sales contract was reached with the new buyer there were deed obstacles on one of the parcel's that were preventing the completion of a title policy (buyer condition), enabling the transaction to be completed. Heidi worked non-stop researching, tracking down, preparing additional documents, and obtaining agreements from past property heirs to overcome these obstacles that were stalemating the closing of both parcels.
