As an out of market buyer, Heidi was great at upfront info on properties I wanted to see and scheduling site visits. As the sellers agent on the property I ultimately bought, she also kept my negotations private. She was knowledgeable with local agents for financing, inspections, survey, etc. The experience was streamlined from first contact to the closing. All in all a great agent.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Always calling and letting us know details on house if someone came to look at it. She stayed on top of things. If someone noticed something about the house she would let us know the opinions of the customer who looked at house. Always gives you heads up if someone is coming to look at house.if there were any changes to be made or that were made she would promptly let us know about. She is the best .
