It was a pleasure working with Hector Lopez. It was a no-brainer selecting Hector to list my investment property. He was easy and comfortable to work with. He gave me suggestions on upgrades I could add to my house before listing the property to entice sellers to come and bid on my property. His knowledge of the real estate market and how he explains the intricacies of the sales contract gave me a sense of confidence that I would be protected in case a disagreement arose between buyer and seller. I'm very pleased.

Hector was honestly the best realtor I could have asked for. From the very beginning, he made the whole process feel easy and not overwhelming at all. He was always available, answered every question I had (and I had a lot), and really took the time to explain everything in a way I could actually understand. What I appreciated the most was how patient and genuine he was. I never felt rushed or pressured into anything. He truly cared about helping me find the right home, not just making a sale. Anytime something came up, he handled it quickly and professionally, which gave me so much peace of mind.
