Health issues forced us to leave our townhome style condo and move to a flat. Heather Winchester helped us find a single-story condo in our neighborhood of choice. She held our hands through each step of the process, making our move as smooth and easy as possible. She showed us multiple properties that met our criteria. She negotiated contracts for us as we found suitable condos and helped us obtain information from the various HOAs of those properties. She directed us to trusted 3rd parties that included a loan originator, a title company, movers, and contractors to spruce up the new place. She additionally is negotiating the sale of our old home for us. Heather is professional, enthusiastic, and diligent. We will definitely use Heather if there is another move in our future.

Smith and Winchester were recommended to us by our insurance agent. We didn’t know them but after meeting them one time we were sure they were the best fit for us! And they did not disappoint! They helped us find vendors to get the house ready to sell, then they spent their precious time meeting with these vendors and staying at the house while their services were performed! Once the house was ready they came in and lightly staged the house with their own items. Then we put it on the market on a Thursday, had 2 open houses on Saturday & Sunday, and by Tuesday we had three offers! They were great throughout this whole process and I highly recommend Heather and Heather!
