Heather Traff

Heather has wonderful knowledge for marketing and also negotiation skills. Heather worked diligently and created a warm selling experience for us. She is always professional and quick to respond. I highly recommend her if you're looking to buy or sell your home!

Heather is such a special person, and we feel so fortunate to have had her as our realtor. She is incredible at what she does, but what makes her truly wonderful is the heart she puts into it. She genuinely cares, goes above and beyond, and makes you feel like more than just a client. We couldn’t be more grateful for everything she has done for us. The sweetest part is knowing that someone who has made such a positive impact on us will now be our neighbor, too. We are so excited to have her close by and feel like we gained more than just a great realtor through this experience. We gained someone we are truly happy to know. Heather, thank you for being so wonderful. ❤️

Heather was the listing agent on the house we bought and was very gracious in allowing us to tour the home on several occasions. She was always avalable on short notice and conducted herself in an extreemly professional way. We would use her in the future over the agent we had. She was direct and forthcoming in negotiations and we closed in a timely manner. We would highly recommend her services.

Selling a property in such a unique location as Fishhawk Lake required creativity, persistence, and a strong sense on how to market something special - and Heather delivered on all three. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to showcase the property. Her marketing strategy, and video, helped potential buyers see the lifestyle the property offered. We are incredibly grateful for Heather’s dedication and expertise. If you want a broker who will go the extra mile in every aspect of making a deal, we highly recommend Heather!

Heather is totally amazing! We were randomly recommended to her thru a friend's broker. I made a cold call to her, while she was hosting a dinner party, and 36 hour later we had a contract on our dream home. She visited the home, which was a 6 hour drive each way, paid her own way and stay, met with inspector and essentially went above and beyond in every way possible. It was the easiest real estate transaction of our lives, thanks to her! Also, a very cool person and we now consider her a friend. Hopefully you get to have her represent you on your next transaction.

From our first conversation to the day we got the keys, working with Heather was exceptional. She is incredibly efficient, always one step ahead, and kept every detail on track so nothing slipped through the cracks. When negotiations got tough, she fought hard for us and never backed down from getting us the best outcome. We had a complicated real estate purchase but she did the extra work to make our dream a reality. What truly set her apart was how personal the experience felt. Buying a home is emotional, and she supported us through every high and low with patience and genuine care. It felt like she spent every waking hour focused on us, and we never felt like just another transaction. She made us feel like family. If you want a realtor who is sharp, tenacious, and deeply invested in you, look no further. We recommend Heather without hesitation.
