We followed her recommendations on preparing the home for sale. Most recommendations were very simple things that we would never have thought of (moving a chair, moving an appliance from one part of the kitchen to another, adding an inexpensive floral arrangement to brighten up a room, etc). She was also able to tell us what colors are in style for rooms we needed to paint. Our house went up for sale on February 10th 2020.
