There are plenty of good realtors in the area, Heather is exceptional. We had to relocate to Virginia for work and initially debated on renting or selling our home. Heather listened, provided guidance, and more importantly, never pressured us one way over another. Not only is Heather an expert on the local area, she is passionate about what she does and simply a joy to be around. In every interaction I could tell that Heather listened to me and my concerns, and that she and her team had the knowledge and professionalism to handle anything I threw at them. Heather sold our house in one day, for 20% more than other realtors thought would be the highest amount possible in a “best case scenario”...and for well over asking price. We won big, which set us up nicely to buy a home in a more expensive market in Virginia, and we also won a new friend for life in Heather. I wouldn’t imagine using anyone else especially if your buying/selling in the Walnut Creek community or the rest of Indian Land/ Lancaster, SC.
