We have used Heather for purchasing 2 homes in the Austin area in the last 3 years. We highly recommend her for her local knowledge, helpfulness and always willing to go the extra step for us. The last home was bought site unseen due to the difficulty traveling during the Covid 19 pandemic. Heather would go out to the various houses we were interested in and would do Zoom showings for us and she was very helpful in giving her thoughts and recommendations regarding the properties. She spent about 2 hours with us walking us through everything including repairs and painting that needed to be done. She lined us up with vendors who could do the work and even helped us negotiate the prices. Within a week of our first meeting, we had painters in our house and an entire timeline of important dates and events. Her knowledge of the area and her marketing plan are second to none. Her entire team works to help you in any way they can. Most importantly though, Heather is a good person. From the moment we met her, we didn't feel like we were being sold or talked down to.
