Heather was very knowledgeable about the real estate market on the Cape and Mashpee in particular. She recommended the sale price and she was exactly correct! She knew Mashpee and my neighborhood from other listings and sales she had completed. Heather was very professional and on point while negotiating. She also went the extra “mile”, recommending septic inspection contact, taking care of smoke detectors and the inspection among many other tasks. Heather had come recommended to us from my twin sister. I knew when my husband and I were ready to start looking for our first home, she was the one we wanted to go with. I reached out to her and she was very quick to respond to us and made the experience very easy. Since this was our first home, I had no idea what to expect especially with the hard market. We had looked at a handful of homes and she was patient with us, heard our opinions, things we liked and didn’t like about specific ones. When the time came for us to put an offer down, she sent us the documents to sign via email, which could not have been easier for us. It took us a couple tries on putting offers in. I was beginning to feel defeated as we kept being out bid. Heather had came across a house that wasn’t listed yet, sent it to me and the moment it popped up publicly on Zillow, I sent it to her. There were no early viewings so she met us during the open house, already had the offer paperwork printed out because she knew we loved the home from the photos. She handed the offer to the listing agent and got some additional information regarding the home and homeowners. 24 hours later, she gave us a call with the amazing news that we got the house! The ball began rolling after that and she was on top of everything for us! We managed to get the closing date 28 days from putting our offer in. Going through this experience made me realize just a fraction of what goes on behind the scenes when purchasing a home and the absolute amazing and dedicated work a realtor has to do to assist their clients. Heather did everything beautifully for us and not once, did we have a negative experience with her assistance. She always reassured us and gave her honest opinion and feedback throughout the process.
