She showed me 16 to 17 houses, and while I loved some of them, she pointed out issues that wouldn’t pass the VA inspection or would make them a bad investment. Overall, she wanted to make sure my first home-buying experience was a positive one. I then went on an overseas deployment, and several months before I returned, I reached out to her again. Despite the time zone difference, she communicated with me after typical business hours and resumed the search. When I came home, we finally found the house that was perfect for me!
