About Heather

Heather was born and raised in Fremont, OH. After attending 5 years at Stamm Elementary School in Fremont, her family moved into the country and Clyde school district. Heather graduated from Clyde High School in 1994. She worked a couple of seasons at Heinz in Fremont, and also worked for her mom and her stepdad at The Uptown Coffeehouse in Downtown Fremont. Heather was later blessed to be a stay at home mom to her two children. While growing up, Heather spent her summers in Port Clinton and Oak Harbor with her grandma. They were always camping, fishing, and visiting the beaches of the North Coast. She also spent some time with her Aunt and Cousins at their cottage in Orchard Beach. When she’s not busy with Real Estate, Heather enjoys hiking, biking, and boating. She also enjoys a good book while lounging by the pool or on the beach. If she’s not enjoying the summer weather on the water, you may find her on the back of her best friend’s Harley. Heather got her license in 2017. Heather recently received the “Commitment to Excellence” endorsement by the National Association of Realtors® and also received her ABR® (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) designation and RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert). “I always strive to be the best possible version of myself. Having been born to a multi-racial couple, I’ve faced a lot of adversity. It’s hard to understand while it’s happening, but in the end, I believe it’s made me stronger. I fight for what I want, I fight for what is right, and I’ll fight for my clients as well. I love what I do. Real Estate is a passion for me. Helping people is also a passion. Having been blessed to be able to do both is a dream come true.”

My first home buying experience

My experience with Heather started two years ago. She showed me 16 to 17 houses, and while I loved some of them, she pointed out issues that wouldn’t pass the VA inspection or would make them a bad investment. Overall, she wanted to make sure my first home-buying experience was a positive one. I then went on an overseas deployment, and several months before I returned, I reached out to her again. Despite the time zone difference, she communicated with me after typical business hours and resumed the search. When I came home, we finally found the house that was perfect for me! Working with her was a smooth processshe guided me through everything, from dealing with headaches with my lenders to crossing the finish line. I will definitely use her services again and she will.always be my first recommendation.
