We purchased a new build in Florida. We had a year. We contacted Heather to see when she thought we should put our house on the market. She looked at our home and talked about the pros and cons of now versus later. She then discussed the area we lived in and what to expect. We decided to put it on the market 2 weeks later. Her photographers were so professional. The results were more than we expected. Our house sold in one day for more than asking. We closed without incident. She was such a blessing. You cannot go wrong with Heather!
