About Heather

A native of Pittsburgh, Heather lived in Southern California and South Florida before settling down in Northern Virginia where she and her husband continue to operate a small, veteran-owned, contracting business and raise their three kids. As her children became teenagers, Heather decided to work full-time in real estate. Being a local business owner, homeschooling, and consistently serving terms as both PA president and school-board member, have allowed Heather to keep her finger on the pulse of Northern Virginia. At the same time, 20 years around the construction industry, including designing and building five homes in Northern Virginia, have given her the ability to understand and appreciate the needs and desires of both buyer and seller. Heather's experiences over the last 20 years have given her an insight, that provides her clients with exceptional service throughout Northern Virginia. Heather is Amazing. She goes out of her way to take care of her clients. We have drug her all over into all sorts of situations in the search for the just right home. She was by our side every step of the way. We also used her to sell a home. We followed her advice and ended up getting multiple offers for way more than we ever expected. Amid COVID, I obtained a new job in Chicago and had to relocate

Amid COVID, I obtained a new job in Chicago and had to relocate. There were several obstacles my husband, and I knew we were facing. First COVID, second the fact that the price range our home was in was outside those in heavy demand, and the housing market was beginning to slow. In fact, on average, houses in the neighborhood, on average, sit for months. We reached out to Heather, who had also sold us the home we were preparing to sell. We expressed our concerns and worked through a plan that would make us comfortable during COVID, but also that would increase the likelihood of a sale. Heather was knowledgeable about the market, what buyers were looking for, and how we could improve our chances. Without fail, Heather was responsive throughout the entire process, and, due to her marketing skills, we had an offer (over listing price) on our home within a week. I believe it was due to her outstanding knowledge, expertise, and perception of just the right marketing techniques. We closed in less than a month. Heather, takes her role as your realtor seriously and makes sure she sees the process through the end. In our case, she was even there when three weeks after closing, when I realized our bank still showed we had a mortgage with them. I contacted Heather, and she reached out to the closing company, and brokering communications and working through the issues. Before we knew it two days later, we checked our account and the mortgage was closed; going above and beyond what you would expect out of any realtor. I could go on. Heather is fantastic at what she does, and she enjoys it. Heather is a dedicated, honest, realistic realtor. My husband and I were so fortunate to work with her.
