Heather Groom has lived in Utah for 30 years and is a top performing and respected Realtor. In 2023, she was ranked in the Top 100 Realtors in the state of Utah for luxury properties and overall production, and for 2024, she ranked #12, selling over $42 million in real estate and earning the title Millionaire Real Estate Agent. For the past three years, she has participated in Gary Keller’s National Top 100 Agent Group for Keller Williams International.
In addition to being a highly skilled Realtor, Heather has an extensive background in politics and community service. She also has close relationships with public officials and influencers in all 29 counties-many of whom are her personal friends and clients. In 2012-2016, she served as a campaign manager for Governor Gary Herbert and Lieutenant Governor Spencer Cox (Utah’s current Governor). From 2011-2014, she served as President of the Utah Federation of Republican Women and as a board member on The National Federation of Republican Women. From 2013-2015, she served as an elected representative on the Utah State Board of Education and on the Utah State Charter School Board. She is known for working with people on both sides of the aisle in order to pass good legislation. She is still involved in many legislative bills involving real estate and advocating for women. For over 10 years, she has served as a judge and as a division chair for Best of State Utah.
Heather currently serves as an ambassador for the Utah Women in Leadership Project to help promote and advocate for women. Two years ago, Heather was appointed by Governor Cox to serve as a member of the Board of Trustees for Snow College. Since the pandemic, Heather has spent time teaching single mothers about personal finances and the pathway to home ownership, and will be a certified divorce specialist as of March 2025.
With a strong support staff, Heather is often able to find and negotiate better deals for her clients. Through her connections, she is able to find off-market properties and create winning opportunities for investor clients.
Heather founded and owned a market research business for over 15 years and worked on several high-profile research projects with Fortune 500 companies. In 2013, she shifted her focus and started a real estate investment company with her husband Brent. They own several rental properties in St George, and together they own Red Rock Furniture- an interior design and furniture company serving the nightly rental and luxury vacation home market.
Heather holds a bachelor’s degree from BYU and a MPA from SUU. She is fluent in Spanish and is a proponent of multicultural experiences. An enthusiastic globetrotter, she has traveled to six continents and plans to visit the seventh in the next two years.
There are few people in Utah with an equivalent network and skillset. With exceptional energy and savvy business background, she devotes equal care to all of her clients.
