Heather is friendly and very knowledgeable of the real estate market in El Paso. It was evident as we moved through the buying process. From the start she was focused on our home needs, i.e., the type house and price range we were considering. She provided us many options with in our guidelines and didn't deviate. She was always patient even though we visited quite a few homes. She provided lots of guidance and advise on all areas: the homes we visited, the purchasing process and loan process.
