A Carroll County native, Heather Edwards brings over a decade of real estate investment experience, including buying, rehabbing, selling, and renting properties. Her well-rounded background gives her a deep understanding of every step in the real estate process. Heather finds it an honor to serve both buyers and sellers—guiding clients through one of life’s biggest decisions and ensuring every transaction is as smooth as possible. A graduate of the University of West Georgia with a degree in secondary education (bio-chem), Heather began her career as a teacher before dedicating her time to family and real estate. Growing up in her father’s family business taught her the value of hard work and investing in others. Heather lives in Carrollton with her husband, a retired educator and coach. They have two children, both proud University of Georgia graduates—Go Dawgs! When she’s not working, Heather enjoys time with family, friends, and her church community at Southern Hills Christian Church.
