My experience with Heather was a very good one. My daughter had explained to her the fact that I had just lost my husband and she proved to be sensitive to my needs. Heather keep me advised of everything that was happening. I always felt she offered her best advice to help me have a non stressful sale. Heather was always able to answer my questions. If there was a step backwards in the sale, she was extremely reassuring that everything was going to be fine. And she was right! This was the first house I ever sold, so I was a bit of a pest and Heather was always kind and patient. If I ever sell another house, I would want her to handle it for me. Heather is a busy, busy person but she still makes you feel that your concerns are a priority with her. I can not say enough positive things about Heather.
