To say Heather went above and beyond what I expected as our agent to sell our home is an understatement. Heather was tasked with selling our home with very challenging environment (during the holidays, occupied home). Heather knowledge of the market resulted in her pricing the home at the perfect price point as it resulted in an offer 3 days on the market and after one open house. That is when the real challenge began, as the buyers wanted a 14 day close that included Christmas and New Year holidays. She was able to negotiate us rent back to allow is the time to move out and find next home.
