Heather was great to work with from the beginning to the end of the process. She was relentless in finding homes for us to look at and would find 3 to 4 properties each week until we found the right property. After we submitted an offer she was tenatous during negotiations and saved us thousands of dollars. She kept us informed throughout the process and diligently resolved all issues in a timely manner. A problem occurred when the lender wanted some repairs completed before they would fund the loan. I was on vacation and not available to respond to this request. She went above and beyond what most agents would have done and secured a contractor to complete the repairs the very next day. Her determination to satisfy her customer, tenacity to resolve issues and professionalism were the reason that we were able to close the deal and move into our new home. I truly believe if we had any other agent we would not have completed this transaction. I highly recommend her as your next agent!!
