My wife and I had a very good working experience with Heather. She was always available to show us houses that were on the market in San Bernardino, Highland, Yucaipa, Riverside, Norco, Jurupa and Redlands... 29 homes in all. Scheduling was always a challenge as we needed to drive 80+ miles each way from Torrance to get to the Inland Empire. Heather was accommodating and gracious to help work out a schedule of viewings. She developed a profile of what features and priorities we were most interested in. This helped refine and narrow the search. She was also very knowledgeable about the process of ultimately purchasing a home in Redlands and the selling of our existing home in Torrance. She was extremely patient with the negotiations between buyer and seller, almost with a Zen like insight into the motivations of all involved. This insight helped when we had to work with two Escrow companies and a Family Trust.

Heather was generous and patient. This was my first home buying experience. She answered all my questions no matter what time of day and responded very quickly broke down a lot of codes and laws for me. She gave me advice I I’m so happy I listened.
