I cannot overstate how amazing Heather is. She is upfront, extremely knowledgeable, and 100% on your side. With the market craziness (houses selling after 1 day on the market for over asking), she made time to make sure I got to see the houses I wanted. During our first walkthrough she explained the things an inspector would look for, pros and cons to different layouts and features, and the whole buying process (including offer strategies for the different scenarios in today’s market). During every walkthrough we did after that, she was an extra set of experienced eyes and helped me realistically evaluate the properties. She figured out what I liked about the houses faster than I did and sent me great recommendations. When I fell in love with a house listed under market value and requesting highest/best offers within 48 hours, Heather had a plan. Her plan got me the perfect house. But, she didn’t stop there. Heather is one of those people who has people. She put me in contact with the mortgage team, insurance agent, inspectors, plumber, flooring team, cleaning service, and movers that I ended up using. Her support through the process has been invaluable. If the housing market is stormy, she’s the one I want steering the ship.
