He also taught me what to look for when purchasing a home; structural damages, energy efficient, potential for fixing, etc. He is always available and answers phone promptly. After we purchased the home, Heath made sure that everything go smoothly before we arrived Columbia. He helped checking the thermostat, drove our car (it arrived before us) from the driveway into the garage, etc. Once we moved in, he also follows up on things and visited us to check if everything was ok.
