I was so impressed with Heath, his knowledge of the Toulumne county area and how connected he was with the community. We spent several weekends with Heath looking at homes in the Sonora area and he gave us every detail we needed. I was extremely satisfied in his negotiation skills to ensure we did not lose the home that we were making an offer on. And... we love our new home!!. He also represented me on the sale of my home in Half Moon Bay, an area that was new to him. He was awesome... with his marketing skills and his ability to negotiate with several offers at one time we were able to sell our home for almost 20% over asking price! I don't know what we would have done without Heath.

Heath Adams was very knowledgeable! First I took a trip to Sonora for something I saw on Zillow and he showed me a property that wasn't quite a good fit. A couple of weeks later he called with another property that had somehow excaped EVERY search I did. We drove out and he showed us an amazing place that checked every box! I think Sonora has great potential, being only about two and a half hours from the bay area. Closer than Tahoe and no snowy mountains to drive over to get there. Two and a half hours away, but a like a million miles away. Heath works the whole Motherlode area and beyond. I understand he just had a sale at Half Moon Bay. He has the tools and he has the talent!
