Hazel Perera

If there were 10 stars i would click them all! Hazel is absolutely amazing! She has tremendous knowledge of the area, homes, pros/cons/risks, and the market. She is incredibly gifted at tactful negotiations and is in the ring with you as the buyer every step of the way. I have never seen anyone go above and beyond as much as Hazel. She manages to find the humor in stressful situations and gives an honest opinion- which is hard to come by! Not once did we ever feel pressured by her. She is a great guide to take one through the process step by step- I have recommended her to friends and family and can not imagine not having her on our team if we ever needed to buy or sell. THANK YOU, HAZEL FOR GETTING US INTO OUR LIFETIME AND DREAM HOME!!!!
