For a brief description of my sale with Haydn, I would highlight that he is truly a professional and really great to work with. My listing had dragged on for 6 months prior to my contract with Hayden, and within just a few days, the advice and service he offered had my condo sold. Haydn’s market analysis seemed to be right on point and he got my house under contract in a really short time. He was always on top of things and was great at communicating and keeping me in touch with the entire sale process with his prompt texting and calls. Very consistent and resourceful. I had to do some touch ups and cleaning in the house, and his contacts did a wonderful job getting my condo very presentable. He was knowledgeable on the current market. He set reasonable expectations for the sale, and those ended up being pretty spot on by the end of the process. As a summary, Haydn is courteous and very easy going and a great communicator.
