Words can't begin to express just how thankful I am to have had Hayden as my real estate agent. Haydn came to me highly recommended from another well respected agent and I cannot begin to say how lucky and thankful I was to have him as my agent. Haydn is extremely knowledgeable in his profession. He was incredibly patient and maintained outstanding communication with me throughout the entire process. The sale and closing of my 1910 home was nothing short of difficult (no fault of Hayden’s) yet I felt supported and educated every step of the way. I am so thankful that Haydn was the person I trusted to assist me through this major financial process. I would definitely use him again and recommend him highly to all my family and friends!

For a brief description of my sale with Haydn, I would highlight that he is truly a professional and really great to work with. My listing had dragged on for 6 months prior to my contract with Hayden, and within just a few days, the advice and service he offered had my condo sold. Haydn’s market analysis seemed to be right on point and he got my house under contract in a really short time. He was always on top of things and was great at communicating and keeping me in touch with the entire sale process with his prompt texting and calls. Very consistent and resourceful. I had to do some touch ups and cleaning in the house, and his contacts did a wonderful job getting my condo very presentable. He was knowledgeable on the current market. He set reasonable expectations for the sale, and those ended up being pretty spot on by the end of the process. As a summary, Haydn is courteous and very easy going and a great communicator. I would recommend him to anyone.

I absolutely loved working with Haydn. I wasn't sure how it would be at first because he looks so young (sorry Haydn, lol) but I can't say enough about how AWESOME this experience was for me because of Haydn. I was really afraid when the home buying process started because I had never done it before and I have anxiety in general. Haydn had more knowledge than any other person I worked with, hands down. He walked me through everything. He was always there to answer my questions and to get questions answered for me. The best realtor I’ve ever used. Quick to respond to questions and on the ball when it comes to getting things done. 10/10 recommend using Haydn wether you’re buying or selling. A genuine person that won’t just see you as a commission. Hands down the best in Spokane and surrounding area. Would definitely use him again.

As I’m sure you all know, home buying is crazy and competitive these days! My husband and I tried to look for a home in early 2021 and just gave up after so many rejected offers and seeing houses we just didn’t like. When we found Haydn this year we absolutely enjoyed his professional work ethic and how hard he worked to get us a house. We were able to purchase a house better than we imagined we could get and Haydn streamlined the process for us! He’s a great guy and will treat you right. Buying or selling, we definitely recommend him.
