She was upfront & honest about the whole purchasing process, she gave insightful advice about how to make offers & decisions, & most of all she was ALWAYS there when we needed her. Can not recommend Havilah (Crider Residential) enough!! We first just picked her brain to just see how far off we were or if we were ready. She connected us with the best team and was there for us every step without being pushy. My husband and I both have tricky work schedules and she never had an issue making it work even sometimes 5 showings in a row in the evening hours. I constantly sent in questions at all hours being a first time home buyer and she was always patient and super responsive no matter what. Buying our first home was a little stressful and scary at times but she made us feel so completely comfortable every step of the way, I could not imagine going through that process with any one else truly. We are so happy we went through it all with her. We also felt comfortable that she always had our best interest at heart when it came to putting the offers in and working with us throughout that process. Then when it came to closing she still never went anywhere and her team was super quick and responsive as well when it came to all of the contracts/paperwork process. Lastly, the house we ended up going with had a lot of wasp nests and she went on her own to spray them all down and she hates bugs! And then gave us a bunch of cans of spray on closing day haha! I still can not thank her enough for the amount of time and effort she put in with us.

Havilah helped me find and buy my first home -- she was incredibly patient (the amount of times I fell in love with a place only to get cold feet the next day is nuts) and also very knowledgeable. As a first time buyer, it was comforting to have Havilah walk through a house and point out flaws and areas that might be problematic down the line, so it never felt like I would unexpectedly fall into a money pit. I never felt pressured, and it really felt like she was a solid partner throughout the buying process. Finally, she seems like she is very well connected in the realty scene, and any question she wasn't sure of she was able to quickly find out. Can't recommend her enough : )

Havilah is AMAZING! She helped us all along the way- She knows the best lenders to use, available options and search engines. Her communication is prompt and thorough. She made buying and selling our home so much less stressful! She was willing to drive all over showing us potential houses and never seemed annoyed with us- despite me calling her several times a day to make sure I understood everything that was going on. Oh- did I mention she saved us money?!?! Use her- you'll regret it if you don't.

She was excellent! Very helpful! She really kept in mind what I wanted in a home she did it. Buying a home can be very overwhelming but with her help it made it easy. It took about less than two months for me to buy my house. Awesome job!
