Havilah was an amazing realtor to work with! Since I am brand new to the real estate world (first time homeowner!), it was a relief to find someone that was knowledgeable, understanding, patient, and fun along the entire process. The entire journey was amazing, all leading up to me finding a home that I loved at a price that I also loved! I would genuinely recommend Havilah to anyone (especially anyone looking to move from Wisconsin to Austin, LOL), and hope to work with her again in the future someday. WOW, what an amazing person to work with! As first time home buyers, we didn't know where to start & Havilah really guided us through the process. She was upfront & honest about the whole purchasing process, she gave insightful advice about how to make offers & decisions, & most of all she was ALWAYS there when we needed her. To have someone that was in constant communication when we needed it was a blessing. You cannot go wrong choosing Havilah to help you with your home buying journey!

She help me bought four houses and found the tenants for each one. Great experience. She looks the numbers ( Money, Time beetween renters etc.. Guide you and she' s been right so far everytime A pleasure to work with her.

Can not recommend Havilah (Crider Residential) enough!! We first just picked her brain to just see how far off we were or if we were ready. She connected us with the best team and was there for us every step without being pushy. My husband and I both have tricky work schedules and she never had an issue making it work even sometimes 5 showings in a row in the evening hours. I constantly sent in questions at all hours being a first time home buyer and she was always patient and super responsive no matter what. Buying our first home was a little stressful and scary at times but she made us feel so completely comfortable every step of the way, I could not imagine going through that process with any one else truly. We are so happy we went through it all with her. We also felt comfortable that she always had our best interest at heart when it came to putting the offers in and working with us throughout that process. Then when it came to closing she still never went anywhere and her team was super quick and responsive as well when it came to all of the contracts/paperwork process. Lastly, the house we ended up going with had a lot of wasp nests and she went on her own to spray them all down and she hates bugs! And then gave us a bunch of cans of spray on closing day haha! I still can not thank her enough for the amount of time and effort she put in with us.
