Harlene is the most helpful and dedicated person , she helped us all the way . Since day one she was very friendly and very professional , answered all of our questions and was ready to help anytime we called her . We live in Florida and she made sure that the process went very smooth . She is very caring , listened to all our concerns , and answered our calls and messages , gave us advice , we are very lucky that my brother and sister in law recomendad her . Harleen was able to handle multiple moving pieces on a strict timeline. Each step required approvals from the Co-Op or underwriting. Many issues arose all of which were addressed even issues during final walkthrough. Harleen is quick to take action and cares about a deal’s success, but she more importantly cares about her clients. She patiently and thoroughly addresses any concerns or questions and takes the time to understand clients beyond just that to see them as people, not just something that is part of a deal. She is by far the best realtor I have worked with in the past 5 years including Sotheby’s, Compass, Shepherd Homes, and Ideal Agent is probably the second best. She did an amazing job out negotiating Corey Feldman who was very difficult and refused to communicate amicably.
