Hany has been an outstanding agent and friend for some 25 years. He has assisted me buying and selling 4 times thus far and twice for my daughter as well. I will recommend him to anyone and everyone that asks me for a realtor. He goes over and above such as needed repairs and providing reasonable contractors for repairs before selling. Then when buying he does a thorough inspection pointing out all things wrong with the house. He is definitely in the best interest of his clients buying or selling. This is the second time my wife and I went with Hany Barakat to sell our house and purchase a home. The knowledge and experience this man brings to the table is like no other. Sold our house for more then we were asking and the patients this man had in finding us the perfect home was absolutely 💯 amazing. Never made us feel that we were asking to much of him. He only showed us homes that were in our budget and in the area we wanted. Have a former contractor as a realtor is a valuable asset because he see things that we did not notice as far as Fondation, structure and if the house itself is worth the asking price.
