Within four open-houses, we were done. 48 hrs later, we had a signed contract! Vicki coordinated the entire transaction flawlessly. Inspections... Contingencies... Termite remediation... Everyone says buying a home in Irvine is an ordeal and have heard and seen my friends hunting for houses for months and years and finally dropping the plan or finally settling for one with a number of compromises. Our experience with Hanu Reddy was just the opposite. We mentioned our requirements only once. He took us to see only one house (single family detached) and we realized it met all our criteria, including the ones that we never explicitly mentioned. But, only way to make it work was by selling the condo (22 windjammer). He promised us that he will help us to sell the condo in time so that I could buy the single family detached home. After saying yes, I hardly had to do anything except going with the flow. Everything (both buying of the new house and sale of the condo) happened seamlessly under the guidance of ‘Team Hanu Reddy’ in less than a month. Another thing that shocked me was the accuracy of his prediction about the market. He said the value of the house we are buying will go up at least by 150k in 6 months. Today (9 months after) my new house is worth 250k more. The best decision I made in my life (other than marrying my wife) was to trust Hanu Reddy as my realtor 😌
