Hans just shepherded me and my tenant/buyer through the house sale process, representing us both. We wanted to do something relatively unusual, which was perform a collaborative sale. We needed someone who would communicate with candor and transparency. The process took over a year from first contact, because we had many things to sort out before entering escrow, and Hans was extremely patient and helpful throughout. He was also very calm, knowledgeable, supportive, thorough, and clear in answering our many questions and setting up the sale, though the situation was, from what we understood, pretty unique. He respected our wishes around the transaction while keeping us informed around protocol and legalities to protect us both in the sale. He is a highly trustworthy realtor, I would recommend him to anyone.
