We knew that it was going to be challenging to purchase a home this spring (2022), so we were strategic when looking for a real estate agent to guide us through the process. After interviewing agents, we chose to work with Hannah because she was knowledgable about this area and because she was proactive. Hannah consistently gave us information about the process, she advised us without being overbearing, and she researched on our behalf when different issues arose. When there was an inspection, Hannah was there on our behalf and provided video of the inspector explaining what he saw. Thanks to Hannah's dedication and expertise, we just closed on our new home in Berryville.

Hannah helped us buy and sell our homes and she was amazing! She walked us through every step and was always available when we had questions. She was very knowledgeable about the whole process. She also had a great professional photographer/videographer that took beautiful pictures/video of our home to show when we put it on the market. She also helped us with all of the staging which was so nice! She was great at marketing it. Our home sold in two days! The process of buying our new home was very smooth as well.
