Hannah was excellent. Not being from Nashville, she had great insight into the communities, etc. She sent me a list of potential homes based on my preferences. We viewed several homes in-person, and she did some video tours when I wasn't able to attend in person. She worked with the seller to get a good offer, and made the overall experience great.

Hannah helped us buy our property completely sight unseen which is not an easy task! She was communicative and quick to respond through every step of the process, either by text or phone call. Hannah was always professional and gave us great advice about the market in the area and how to navigate it. She negotiated a great deal on the property we purchased. Even after closing, Hannah put us in touch with contractors and other individuals to maintain the property until we could move in. She checked in on the house regularly for us. All in all, she went completely above and beyond for us and 5 stars is truly not enough. We are thrilled that we used Hannah and will definitely use her again in the future whenever military life calls and we sell.
