Hannah Myers

Hannah elegantly brought in a plethora of experiences and expertise to my own vision. Working with her was like working with a genie who also ensured my wishes were in good condition and that I was free to wish for more. She brings intelligence to the details and genuine care to any niche goal.

I have had the pleasure of working with Hannah on several real estate transactions, and she has consistently exceeded my expectations. She is proactive, highly organized, and always seems to be one step ahead throughout the entire process. Hannah has an excellent understanding of the local market and provided realistic, well-informed guidance on pricing and expectations. The transaction unfolded exactly as she outlined during our initial meetings, with no unexpected fees or hidden costs. She also coordinated inspections, maintenance, and other necessary services, making the entire experience seamless and significantly reducing the stress associated with buying and selling a home. I highly recommend Hannah to anyone seeking a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and dedicated real estate professional. I would not hesitate to work with her again for any of my future real estate needs.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Hannah. We had tried multiple times to sell our home with other agents, and the difference when we found her was night and day. She genuinely gave everything she had to getting our house sold. The amount of time, effort, constant communication, marketing, connections, follow-ups, and honestly blood and sweat she put into this was incredible. She never just listed our house and waited for something to happen, she was constantly working behind the scenes to make something happen. What meant the most to us was how much she genuinely cared. She treated selling our home like it mattered to her just as much as it mattered to us, and you cannot fake that kind of commitment. After everything we went through trying to sell, she was the person who finally got us across the finish line. I would recommend her a million times over. She is absolutely the person you want in your corner when selling your home.

Working with my Hannah was such a great experience from start to finish. She was always available to answer my questions, kept me informed every step of the way, and truly made me feel like my best interests came first. Her professionalism, knowledge, and dedication made the entire process so much less stressful. I’m incredibly grateful for all of her hard work and would gladly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you for making this such a positive experience!

Everything was on point from the start and very professional

I first met Hannah in 2024 through a mutual friend. At the time, I was interested in buying a second property similar to my first. She found this property for me and took care of everything I could’ve possibly asked for. Her lender was able to qualify me for the home by myself, which was a huge accomplishment for me personally! A little over a year later, we came up on PCS orders and I had to sell the home quick! So I trusted none other than Hannah, she was able to get me the home and she was able to sell the home! Even with the current market, definitely being a buyers market our home sold quicker than anticipated. She brought me a total of five offers and two were cash offers. She took care of my home as we had to move and saw all repairs through herself. We could not have done this without her and I know a lot of people might throw that around lightly, but we seriously could not have done this without her. Trust that Hannah will care for you to find you the perfect home for you family or sell your home when relocating. I absolutely look forward to working with her again.
