was a long tough haul but got through it, these times are tough.
All we want to say is a program, or requirement, needs to be established where as sellers should have responsibility to have house proffesionally cleaned, or at least a best possible cleaning after sale, by sellers.When we moved from our house in stockton we had it proffesionally cleaned and recieved many gracious thanks because of it. On the other hand this house was left with stove that was NEVER cleaned,Base boards that are filthy,cabinets all had to have linings removed and then cleaned and new linings installed. We put in six days strait cleanin, scrubbin and cussin, this is not right and is more work we did not need.
