She made sure the house was free of wild animals before closing. In addition on the same house purchase, when I was selling, someone had forgotten to lock the front door and I was angry as it could have led to vandalism. I called Hannady and she spoke with the last person who went through and let them know how upset I was and that it was unacceptable behavior to leave a door unlocked. The company got the message. I have complete peace of mind and sell my houses flawlessly!
