I’ve been working with Hannady for at least 4 years. She knows the market, goes the extra mile and irons out the bumps in the road. She is the best realtor I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with.

I thought working with Hannady was a great experience. She was knowledgeable about comps, gave us a clear idea of our market value (realistic, not overpromising) and checked in at intervals to discuss activity. After we were under contract, she was always checking in for next steps to complete prior to closing and stayed on top of the ball with every step. Overall great experience.

From the moment we walked through the door Hannady was honest, friendly, and knowledgeable of the buying and selling prospects of the real estate market. She has wonderful communication skills, impressed with the quality of details and research done on all the properties we looked at. Our agent listens to us gave good sound reasonable advice, helped us to weigh the pros and cons to each property. Can't imagine using another agent for our home search.
