Hank is extremely motivated. Even while the house was under renovation and not ready to list, Hank met us there and made many suggestions on the scope of the work to be done and on staging. The weekly updates on market analysis were very helpful. Once negotiations began, Hank stayed on top of it and offers and counter-offers were made and settled within just a few hours.
