Hank both sold us the house and then sold it again for us approximately a year later. He was always courteous, knowledgeable about the market, responsive to our numerous requests for info and updates, helpful in referring us to local reputable contractors and certainly someone I would recommend. I have no complaints and nothing but good things to say about Hank.
Hank is a great realtor he is honest, caring, great negotiator and has integrity. He answered my questions and never once made me feel stupid. He quickly responded each time I contacted him and he made the selling process easier. He also understood that I still loved my house and I had to sell it because I was moving out of state. I've heard that the home searching/buying process can be a long and stressful one. I've never purchased a home and I knew I'd need the most knowledgeable and easy-going realtor I could find. Hank Bailey was just that. He made sure at the beggining to express to us that no matter how many homes we had to look at, and no matter how many late night viewings we may have, that he wouldn't stop working until we had the house we wanted. A real home we wanted to live in. We discussed with him what we wanted and could afford and he would send us listings everyday. I'd say the best part about the entire process with Hank was that he was extremely honest with us about ever house we would view. He told us what he liked and didn't like. And he had an amazing sense for what we liked and we were both very open about if we didn't like a house we'd leave and go to the next one. It wasn't a long process because we found the right house pretty quickly. And Hank told us before we went to see it that it was exactly what we would love and he was right. I can not say enough good things about Hank and how how happy I am that we chose him as our realtor when selling our home. We had already relocated to another city and needed somebody that could really walk us through the process even though we were long-distance, and he has been there every step. He is in constant communication and replies within minutes to every question or concern. Not only that, when our house was listed we had our first showing request in under 45 minutes, 10-12 showings over next couple of days, and we had accepted an offer and were under contract 4 days later. Cannot recommend Hank Bailey enough, amazing realtor and stellar person. He is a communicator and I was always informed throughout the process. I found a home that I really liked and it just been listed that day! Called up Hank to schedule a viewing and... under contract... He suggested we still go check it out.. It was perfect... Major bummer at this point. Hank however suggested that rather than put in a backup offer he stay "close" to the seller in hopes the contract fell through. Well I am sitting on the porch of that very home today. Because of Hank's tireless work ethic, the seller called him right away when the previous contract fell through. We were also able to negotiate a very positive position. Needless to say we are thrilled and will continue to use and recommend Hank's services whenever in need. Hank thank you for everything!
